Exchanges and Returns
If there’s ever a problem with your order, contact us, and we’ll quickly make it right!
You are welcome to return any item for any reason within four weeks of receiving it.
If any item fails to meet your expectations at any time, please return it for a refund or exchange.
All returns must be unworked and in resale condition.
After 4 weeks, we may charge you a 15% restocking fee. All returns after 60 days are at GTI discretion.
International Customers: If you need to return an item from outside the USA, please contact us for details.
Returns Information
Damaged Items: If your order was damaged in transit, save the original carton, packing material, and the damaged goods.
Missing Items: If something is missing from your order, please check your invoice for backorders or partial shipments.
Incorrect Items: Let us know, and we’ll correct the order.
Ship the package by your preferred method to the address below (no CODs accepted). Remember to get a tracking number since the package is your responsibility until we receive it.
