Exchanges and Returns

  • If there’s ever a problem with your order, contact us, and we’ll quickly make it right!
  • You are welcome to return any item for any reason within four weeks of receiving it.
  • If any item fails to meet your expectations at any time, please return it for a refund or exchange.
  • All returns must be unworked and in resale condition.
  • After 4 weeks, we may charge you a 15% restocking fee. All returns after 60 days are at GTI discretion.
  • International Customers: If you need to return an item from outside the USA, please contact us for details.

Returns Information

  • Damaged Items: If your order was damaged in transit, save the original carton, packing material, and the damaged goods.
  • Missing Items: If something is missing from your order, please check your invoice for backorders or partial shipments.
  • Incorrect Items: Let us know, and we’ll correct the order.
  • Ship the package by your preferred method to the address below (no CODs accepted). Remember to get a tracking number since the package is your responsibility until we receive it.
