2. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are under the legal age of majority in your location, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, repeated payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.

3. Product Information and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, measurements, finishes, compatibility information, prices, and availability.

Minor variations in color, finish, packaging, measurements, or appearance may occur because of manufacturing tolerances, product updates, lighting, screen settings, or supplier changes.

Guitar and instrument parts are not universally interchangeable. Unless a product page expressly guarantees compatibility with a particular instrument, customers are responsible for checking dimensions, specifications, and installation requirements before purchasing.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your instrument or project, contact us before ordering and provide the instrument model, relevant measurements, and photographs when available.

Some products may require professional installation, drilling, routing, soldering, filing, adjustment, or other modifications. GTI is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. A price or promotion is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and confirming that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when required.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, description, or availability error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before shipment because of payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, product availability, or other reasonable business or legal concerns.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Customers who need to cancel or modify an order should contact us immediately. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic orders are shipped according to our published Domestic Shipping Policy:

International orders are governed by our International Shipping Policy:

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated or reasonably expected period, we will provide the options required under applicable law.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered may be lawfully imported into the destination country.

The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country unless those charges are expressly included during checkout.

Customs authorities may open or inspect international shipments. GTI does not control customs processing times or decisions.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Prepaid return labels are available only for eligible returns originating within the United States.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy:

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

The Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

9. Product Defects and Manufacturer Warranties

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.

Some products may include a warranty provided by the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty is governed by that manufacturer’s terms, limitations, and claim procedures.

Except for any express written warranty specifically provided with a product, GTI does not create an additional product warranty through general website descriptions, compatibility assistance, or customer communications.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Intellectual Property

The website, GTI name and logo, original photographs, product diagrams, written descriptions, graphics, page designs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Guitar Tools International LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission.

Manufacturer names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not transfer any ownership rights to GTI or the customer.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

When you submit a review, photograph, question, or other content to the website, you confirm that the content is truthful, relates to your genuine experience, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant GTI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the website and products.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unrelated, contains personal information, infringes intellectual-property rights, or violates these Terms. We will not alter a review merely to misrepresent the customer’s opinion.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to:

  • Commit fraud or engage in unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, or payment systems.
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation.
  • Scrape or collect data through unauthorized automated methods.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false account or payment information.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Submit false reviews, deceptive content, or abusive communications.
  • Purchase products for a prohibited or unlawful purpose.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social networks, and manufacturer websites.

These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. GTI is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or actions outside our reasonable control.

14. Website Availability

We strive to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business operations.

15. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

GTI does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or free from harmful components. Product results may vary depending on the instrument, installation, setup, materials, and use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guitar Tools International LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, a product, installation, shipping delays, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTI’s total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to GTI for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Events Beyond Our Control

GTI is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply interruptions, customs actions, government restrictions, internet outages, or other force-majeure events.

18. Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website, or an order will be subject to the state or federal courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes apply prospectively from the date they are published and do not alter rights or obligations that arose before the updated Terms became effective.

21. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

A failure by GTI to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
