As per the description it is an excellent clarinet collar that lifts the shoulder and arm from the weight of the instrument. Adjustable, elastic but not too much, contains 2 eyelets to fit clarinets that do not have the hook. Great price. Arrived in no time with standard shipping! I recommend it! B&G is a guarantee.
