• IMPORTANT: This model uses vintage-style press-fit bushings (NON-threaded). It does NOT use or include a front hex nut and is NOT compatible with guitars requiring threaded tuners.
• Magnum Lock System Note: A slight initial movement in the knob or locking mechanism is normal due to the internal design of Gotoh’s MG-T system. Once the string is installed and under tension, the tuner stabilizes and performs with excellent tuning stability.
• The SD series combines “Rock-solid” technology and the post collar or “Self-Center Guide” found on enclosed gears in the gear’s base plate, allowing the post to align perfectly with the bushing that attaches the gear to the headstock.
• The SD series uses a torque balancer to ensure steady rotation of the tuner button, giving a high-quality sound performance and great functionality.
• Through its use of the ideal materials selected for each part, you also obtain a far superior sound.
