Excellent beginner instrument, even for toddlers
Style: YRS-24
Color: Natural
This instrument has good sound and is easy to play. It is good for beginners, especially at its price level. It is also very durable. Although I haven’t tried throwing it at the ground, it has fallen a few times (I use it to introduce my baby to musical instruments and she loves making noise on it, though she’s too young to do too much more than that right now).

Excellent instrument!

I love this recorder! I have three of them, both fingerings and a spare. I love the clear, nice sound from a plastic instrument. I just started playing the recorder again after a four-decade break(last played seriously in fourth grade). I played saxophone on and off over the years, along with other instruments and I wanted to take up an instrument again. I loved it as a kid, and the price is right. It is a good quality instrument and I admit, I completely underestimated what a great instrument it is! I’m amazed at how much music history and styles of music can be played with it. It is easy to clean, carry around, and play. Still have a long way to master it, but that’s part of the fun. Bought one for my son, other family members to someday have a family ensemble. Love it! I highly recommend it for beginners or more seasoned players.

A wonderful little instrument
This item delivers exactly as described. The tone is wonderful and much better than other options which are only a dollar or so less expensive. The price can’t be beaten. We have both the Soprano and the Alto from the 24 series and I don’t see how these can beat except by instruments costing in the hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this product, I would buy it again if needed.
