Great, though not exactly round in terms of profile
OK, really, really well-crafted files. Just beautiful, each in its nice little vinyl sleeve. The only downside is: the profile is not truly rounded. The files don’t have a square edge, but it’s like halfway between round and square.
I think one secret is that especially considering the different string gauges that people use, you should select a file slightly smaller than the actual slot you are working on, and then rotate it slightly while filing, to broaden the slot a bit and get a more rounded profile.
