Especially handy for tightening guitar jacks and knobs
This thing is so simple and it works so well. With it you can easily adjust the nuts underneath the tone and volume knobs, you can tighten the washers on tuning machines, and on certain guitars, you can tighten the input Jack. Jacks and knobs come loose from time to time, so it’s handy to have a simple tool for the problem. It’s easier to grab this than look for just the exact sized nut driver. It’s so simple and inexpensive that it might as well be in your gig bag. I got a couple of these for holiday gifts for my guitar friends who gig out. No sonnets (or songs) will be written about this humble tool, but it’s a solid piece of gear.

A must-have gadget for an electric guitarist
I have seen this tool used in many “how-to” videos and finally got around to getting one. The first thing I used it for was to pop the stubborn knobs off a brand new Strat so I could get that irritating pickguard plastic out from under the knobs. Used it to check the tightness of the tuning machines too. Worked really great for both tasks. Gonna buy a couple more just to have handy. Great little invention. Even came with protective plastic film on both sides. Pretty classy for such a little gadget.
